These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the GeoVPN service and related technical infrastructure provided by the Service Provider.

By purchasing or using the service, the user agrees to these Terms.

1. Service Provider

The GeoVPN service (the "Service") is provided by the Service Provider operating in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

The Service Provider offers technical access to VPN infrastructure and related technical support.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides:

* access to VPN servers operated by the Service Provider
* technical infrastructure necessary for secure connection
* technical support related to connection and access issues

The Service Provider does not provide internet access itself and only provides technical access to servers used by the user.

3. Data Processing and Privacy

The Service is designed with maximum privacy principles.

The Service Provider:

* does not collect
* does not store
* does not process
* does not transfer

any user traffic data, browsing data, or connection logs.

The Service Provider does not monitor user activity on the internet.

However, minimal technical information may be temporarily processed only for maintaining the operation and stability of the service.

4. Payment and Pricing

All services are provided in Georgian Lari (GEL).

If payment is made in another currency, the conversion shall be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia on the day of payment.

Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service for activities including but not limited to:

* sending spam
* distributing malware or viruses
* launching attacks on networks or servers
* phishing or fraud
* illegal distribution of malicious software
* activities violating applicable laws

If the Service Provider detects or reasonably suspects such activity, access to the service may be immediately terminated without prior notice.

Ignorance of malicious activity does not exempt the user from responsibility.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Service Provider does not guarantee:

* uninterrupted service
* absence of technical failures
* specific connection speeds
* compatibility with all devices or networks

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the legislation of Georgia, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

* damage to user devices
* loss of data
* loss of profits
* network interruptions
* third-party actions
* consequences of using the service

The user uses the Service at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by Georgian law.

8. Suspension or Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the following cases:

* violation of these Terms
* abusive or harmful use of the network
* attempts to interfere with service infrastructure
* security threats to the system

Termination may occur without prior warning.

9. Changes to the Service

The Service Provider may modify:

* service features
* infrastructure
* pricing
* these Terms

Updated Terms will be published on the website.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
