TERMS OF SERVICE GeoVPN Service Last updated: [01.01.2026] These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the GeoVPN service and related technical infrastructure provided by the Service Provider. By purchasing or using the service, the user agrees to these Terms. 1. Service Provider The GeoVPN service (the "Service") is provided by the Service Provider operating in accordance with the laws of Georgia. The Service Provider offers technical access to VPN infrastructure and related technical support. 2. Description of the Service The Service provides: * access to VPN servers operated by the Service Provider * technical infrastructure necessary for secure connection * technical support related to connection and access issues The Service Provider does not provide internet access itself and only provides technical access to servers used by the user. 3. Data Processing and Privacy The Service is designed with maximum privacy principles. The Service Provider: * does not collect * does not store * does not process * does not transfer any user traffic data, browsing data, or connection logs. The Service Provider does not monitor user activity on the internet. However, minimal technical information may be temporarily processed only for maintaining the operation and stability of the service. 4. Payment and Pricing All services are provided in Georgian Lari (GEL). If payment is made in another currency, the conversion shall be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia on the day of payment.
